1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During sale periods, product launches, or high-order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Kerala: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier service availability and delivery location.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Any additional charges such as remote area delivery fees or re-delivery charges may be the responsibility of the customer where applicable.


4. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

EMME will not be responsible for:

  • Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details
  • Incorrect phone numbers provided by the customer
  • Orders marked as delivered by the courier partner

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.


5. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural events
  • Operational disruptions beyond our control

Emme shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.


6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the package and product
  • Order details
  • An unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)

Claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.


7. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment updates using the provided tracking information.


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to answer delivery calls

the order may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Reshipping charges may apply
  • Refunds, if approved, may exclude shipping costs
