Return, Refund & Size Exchange Policy

At Emme, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return, Refund & Size Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing from our website, Instagram, or any official sales channel, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. No Refund for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Customer not liking the product
  • Minor color variations caused by lighting or screen settings
  • Personal preference regarding fit, fabric feel, or styling

We recommend checking product descriptions, fabric details, measurements, and size charts carefully before placing your order.


2. Size Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • Exchange is allowed only for the same product in a different size
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Please note:

  • Reverse shipping and reshipping charges may apply for size exchanges
  • Refunds will not be provided for size-related requests

3. Eligible Return & Refund Cases

Returns or refunds will only be accepted in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Product received in damaged condition

Requests outside these categories will not qualify for return or refund.


4. Shipping Damage Claims

In case of shipping damage, customers are requested to provide:

  • An unboxing video showing the sealed package
  • The shipping label
  • The condition of the product upon opening

Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos of the issue.

Without sufficient proof, we may not be able to process the claim.


5. Product Condition Requirements

Returned or exchanged items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be free from stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage
  • Include all original tags and packaging

All items will undergo quality inspection before approval.

Products failing inspection may be rejected and returned to the customer.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Clearance products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale

7. Return / Exchange Request Process

To initiate a return or exchange request, customers must submit a request through the Shopify return portal with a valid reason and supporting evidence related to the issue, such as clear photos or videos where applicable.

A member of our team will contact you within 1–3 working days regarding further refund or exchange queries and the next steps for your request.

Please ensure all required information is provided accurately to avoid delays in processing. Requests with incomplete details or insufficient proof may not be eligible for approval.


8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after successful inspection and approval.

Processing timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our side.


9. Right to Refuse

Emme reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not comply with this policy.

We also reserve the right to reject claims in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, excessive returns, or policy abuse.

All decisions made after inspection and review shall be final.
