Cancellation policy

Please read this Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order on our website.

By placing an order with EMME, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Order Confirmation

Once an order is successfully placed, customers will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.

Emme reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion in cases including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been completed, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.


2. Payment Policy

Emme currently accepts prepaid orders only.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation through our approved payment gateways.


3. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been shipped or dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped:

  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted
  • The order will fall under our Return, Refund & Size Exchange Policy

To request cancellation, customers must contact our support team with their order details as soon as possible.


4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank

Shipping charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable.


5. Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Customer unavailability

additional reshipping charges may apply.


6. Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, modifications such as:

  • Address changes
  • Product changes
  • Size changes

may not be possible after processing has begun.

Customers are advised to review all order details carefully before completing the purchase.


7. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

EMME reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Violation of our policies
  • Bulk or reseller purchase behaviour
  • Payment verification failure
